CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Taking the time to care for your inventory helps prevent down-time and avoid costly repairs and replacements.
Our maintenance contracts ensure that your rigid endoscopes and instrumentation remain in optimal working condition. We can help to detect when it is possible to repair rather than replace and we can help you plan your budgets by identifying what might need replacing in the near future.
An initial audit will give an overview of the current condition and help us advise you on maintenance requirements. Regular on-site cleaning and checking will ensure your inventory remains in good serviceable order. When repairs are needed, we are able to maintain loan inventories, minimising your theatre down-time.
Prevention is Better than Cure
For our maintenance contract clients, we provide free handling training for all those who come into contact with the endoscopes.
The service is used to educate all concerned on the appropriate handling methods and techniques including safe handling, cleaning and storage of these instruments.
We will continually re-assess the need for additional training by analysing repair receipts, which typical highlight weaknesses in general handling. We also offer repeat training to accommodate staff turnover.
