Keeping up to date
We work closely with our associates in Germany and America to ensure that we keep up to date with new models and product upgrades, and have compiled what we believe to be the UK’s largest technical library for rigid endoscopes.

This process is continually under review, thereby ensuring that we pick up any design changes by individual manufacturers.

Your place or ours?
Cleaning and polishing of optical surfaces and fibre illumination can be carried out by our mobile service engineers within the constraints of your hospital environment.

More substantial repair work is undertaken at our fully equipped technical service centre.

All repair work is undertaken to the original manufacturer’s specification and carries a one-year warranty. Your repair is returned to you in dedicated packaging to prevent any further damage during transit.
