Existing Instrument Sets
All featured endoscopes within our product catalogue are compatible and can be used with existing Storz instrumentation. Upon request, we can produce varying formats to ensure compatibility with Olympus/Dyonics/Wolf instruments.

Loan Endoscopes
Loan inventory is available and we hold a ‘safety stock’ for those endoscopes frequently received for repair. Upon request, loan endoscopes will be made available if possible. In the unlikely event that an endoscope repair will take longer than 3-5 working days a ‘support loan’ endoscope will be provided for the duration of repair.

Product Development
Microscopix maintains a product development programme to ensure that it meets with specific customer requirements and keeps abreast of technical developments.
The technical team are responsible for this work and many individuals, hospitals and Trusts have taken advantage of this service offering. Previous developments include instrumentation for Maxilo Surgery, Urology, Gynaecology and Laparoscopy.

Technical Facility
Microscopix’ technical facility is located in the UK where all rigid endoscope repairs are carried out by the dedicated technical team.
The technical capabilities are unique within the UK and Microscopix holds one of the largest technical libraries for all rigid endoscopes on the market.
With complete control of the repair process Microscopix ensures that it meets with the specific requirements of individual customers; ensuring the maintenance of high standards and cost competitiveness.

Repairs to all Rigid Endoscopes
Microscopix repair all rigid endoscopes and supporting instrumentation regardless of manufacturer. All endoscopes are repaired back to the original manufacturing specification.

Sending Endoscopes for Repair
Please contact Microscopix Service Centre and they will arrange collection for you either via a company representative or a trusted freight company.
Please ensure that the endoscope is contained within appropriate packaging if a freight company is to be used and clearly mark with the address of Microscopix Customer Service Centre.
Microscopix provides free dedicated packaging, supplied to your department, to ensure that no further damage is caused to the endoscope through delivery.

Sterilisation Baskets/Trays
Microscopix provides an extensive range of both plastic and wire sterilising containers/baskets.
These are available in varying dimensions and Microscopix can recommend the most appropriate solution for your needs.
Upon customer request, Microscopix can design and fit the contents of the tray with specially cut and configured inserts, ensuring that instrumentation is properly located and protected at all times.

Warranties
All new rigid endoscopes are issued with a two year manufacturing warranty. The warranty is against any manufacturing anomalies that, in an unlikely event, may occur.
